At FlowDub, we empower creators and professionals with powerful AI tools to dub, translate, and enhance their videos across languages. To ensure fair and responsible use of our services, please read the following usage guidelines carefully.

1. Ownership and Permission

By uploading a video file or providing a link (e.g. a YouTube URL), you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have explicit permission to use, process, or modify it.
  • You have the necessary rights to request transcription, translation, or voice dubbing of the material through our platform.
  • You agree not to upload or process any content that violates copyright laws or intellectual property rights.

We do not monitor user-submitted content for copyright compliance. However, we reserve the right to remove content or restrict access if we receive a valid takedown request.

2. Use of YouTube and Third-Party Videos

When pasting a YouTube or other third-party link:

  • You are responsible for ensuring the content is public and legally usable.
  • FlowDub does not endorse the unauthorized downloading, redistribution, or duplication of copyrighted works.
  • Downloading YouTube videos through FlowDub may violate YouTube’s Terms of Service. We encourage users to review and comply with platform-specific policies.

FlowDub is a tool for transformative use — such as localization, accessibility, and educational applications — not for re-hosting or infringing on creators’ rights.

3. Transformative Use Only

FlowDub is designed to help users:

  • Add or replace voiceovers with AI dubbing
  • Generate multilingual subtitles
  • Localize videos for new audiences

We do not support or condone:

  • Downloading videos for reupload without modification
  • Replicating or mirroring content without attribution
  • Using the platform to bypass platform restrictions

4. Copyright and DMCA Policy

We respect copyright law and operate in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your content has been used on FlowDub without your permission, please submit a takedown request to:

5. Account Termination for Abuse

We may suspend or permanently ban user accounts that:

  • Use FlowDub for unlawful or harmful purposes
